Ordering Information:
We accept orders via: fax, phone, USPS or email. Prices are subject to change without notice. When a product requires a permit to purchase, a faxed photocopy of the prescriber's medical license is essential.

Logistics:
All refrigerated goods are shipped Monday through Thursday only.
Federal Express air/ground services are used unless otherwise specified.

Order Inquires:
Reference your account number and order number when checking an order. Allow 2-4 hours during office hours for information gathering and information return.

Returns:
All returns must have prior authorization (RA#).
