Surgical face mask
Healthcare professionals are required to wear a surgical face mask that would in-turn protect their eye, nose and mouth from exposure to potentially dangerous bacterial and other infections substances. Patient care activities are likely to generate blood or fluid splashes that surgical masks can cut off. The quality of a surgical mask is measured by finding the Bacterial Filtration Efficiency, Differential Pressure, Sub-Micron Particulate Filtration and Resistance to Penetration of Synthetic Blood of the surgical mask.
